The CCEA Digital Programme Board emerged from the findings of the CCEA Curriculum Monitoring report 2018/19. The Board ensures comprehensive and ongoing engagement and approval from the Education (all levels) and Industry sectors in the activities planned by CCEA to support the development of the wider area of digital skills in education.
One of the actions emerging from the board was to engage with employer stakeholders and create videos with information to support students when considering CCEA Digital Qualifications.
CCEA visited and spoke to professionals at Allstate NI, Liberty IT and Kainos, asking them about their educational pathway into Digital/IT/Computing careers and experiences along the way.

The CCEA Entry Level Religious Studies specification gives learners the opportunity to explore spiritual, moral and ethical issues. They also consider cultural issues such as religious festivals or places of worship and explore good citizenship by studying religious charities.
This qualification builds on the knowledge, understanding and skills developed through Religious Education in the Northern Ireland Curriculum.
