CraicNI stands for Cultivate Respect, Appreciate Inclusion in Communities in Northern Ireland. The main aim of CraicNI is to promote a wider understanding of diversity and change in Northern Ireland.

Eileen Chan Hu is passionate about Northern Irish culture and how the diversity of many cultures in Northern Ireland comes together to enjoy the craic as a way of life.
