Snow Patrol

Snow Patrol is a rock band from Northern Ireland and Scotland and was formed in 1994. Lead singer, Gary Lightbody, is from Bangor. Over the last 27 years Snow Patrol have sold over 17 million albums and played in venues across the world. They have won many music awards and their song Chasing Cars, released in 2006, was named the most-played song on UK radio this century. They were the last band ever to appear on Top of the Pops.
